There were also several <br />material on the list but not on site. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />8 <br />HSC 25508.1(a)-(e) Failed to submit revisions to HMBP within 30 days of change in business info or inventory. <br />During the inspection, it was found that eight 55 gallon drums of foam concentrate liquid - Building 28, one 55 gallon <br />drum of potassium permeagnate - Area 38, and eight 55 gallon drum of oil - building 29 has been stored on site for <br />greater then 30 days and the updated information has not been submitted. Within 30 days of one the following events, <br />business shall electronically update the information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS): <br />- A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br />- Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br />- A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br />erlt tbg <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepaa.ca..�/� <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
