The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enterthe correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation. 3 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation. 6 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete andror submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. The Business Activities and the Business Owner/Operator Identification forms have not been submitted for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. This is a Class II violation. 7 HSC 25506(a) Failed to complete ancifor submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. Reportable amounts of oxygen, acetylene, carbon dioxide, liquid nitrogen, cutting oil/fluid and waste oil were found on site that have not been reported for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class It violation. 10 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
