LLNL Emergency Plan <br />Rev-22 <br />January 2017 <br /> <br /> 119 <br />Term Description <br />TxtWire TxtWire is a voluntary, opt-in service to provide LLNL personnel <br />with nearly instantaneous e-mails, cellular texts and digitized voice <br />notifications regarding the Laboratory in the event of an after-hours <br />emergency. <br />Unified Command Consists of the Incident Commanders from the various jurisdictions or <br />organizations involved, operating together to form a single command <br />structure. <br />UP Union Pacific <br />USGS U.S. Geological Survey <br />VERG Volunteer Emergency Radio Group <br />WebEOC Emergency information management system used to display <br />information in the EOC and DOCs, and provide situational awareness <br />for the EMT during the course of an Operational Emergency. <br />
