Please be advised that the following Issue Identified has been addressed: <br /> HSC 25505(a)(2):Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content.OBSERVATION:The map <br /> Is not complete because it is missing an evacuation staging area.A site map shall contain a north orientation, <br /> loading areas,internal roads,adjacent streets,storm and sewer drains,access and exit paints,emergency shutoffs, <br /> evacuation staging areas,hazardous material handling and storage areas,and emergency response equipment.If a <br /> site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA".Immediately log into <br /> the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at htto://cers.caleva.ca.gov/ upload the correct or updated <br /> Information,and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> • On July 25,2018,a new site map was drafted to include the location of the evacuation staging area <br /> (emergency evacuation area)for the subjectfacility. On August 2,2018,a copy of the updated site <br /> map was submitted Into CERS and Included all of the requested map elements. Please see attached <br /> site map and CERS submittal summary page. <br /> It is our policy to address deficiencies,issues of concern,and/or agency requests regarding our facilities <br /> Immediately. With the submittal of this letter,it is our understanding that the item(s)of alleged non-compliance <br /> have been resolved.
