The HMMP packets were mailed to businesses via certified mail and a signed <br /> receipt from your business is on file at OES indicating your company's receipt of this package. <br /> Ir Chapter 6.95, Sections 25503.5 to 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code requires <br /> businesses which handle hazardous materials in quantities equal to or greater than 55 gallons, <br /> 500 pounds, or 200 cubic feet of a hazardous material to submit a Hazardous Material Management <br />` Plan (HMMP)/Chemical Inventory to a local Administering Agency.
