As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. <br />Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to <br />the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class li violation. <br />3 <br />HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The busi — -.— plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />6 <br />HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br />The Business Activities and the Business Owner/Operator Identification forms have not been submitted and the <br />Business name has not been changed from United Gasoline to Delta ARCO. This information must be current and <br />submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CER�:, <br />at http://cers.calepa.ca,gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />% <br />HSC 25506(a) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />Greater than 55 gallons of gasoline, a 55 gallon drum of detergent, greater than 55 gallons of polish and 350 <br />pounds of carbon dioxide were found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the <br />reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan.
