EL DORADO, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95206. 16 7. Defendant EDDIE'S PIZZA CAFE, a business of unknown type of organization, is, and at 17 all times relevant herein was, engaged in the business of a RESTAURANT, located at 1419 S. EL 18 DORADO, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95206. 19 8. Defendant EDDIES PIZZA CAFE'S, a business of unknown type 6f organization, is, and at 20 all times relevant herein was, engaged in the business of a RESTAURANT, located at 1419 S. EL 21 DORADO, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95206. 22 9. Defendant GEORGE BADWAY is, and at all times relevant herein was, engaged in the 23 business of a RESTAURANT, located at 1419 S. EL DORADO, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95206. 24 10. Defendant DOES 1 through 20 are connected and responsible for the acts complained of 25 below.
