The violation that needed correction <br />is HSC 25505(a)(2). <br />The violation that needs immediate attention is HSC 25505(a)(2) which pertains to the site map <br />designating the areas outlined in the hazardous materials handling plan. The original map <br />uploaded to CERS failed to label all of the required fields. A new map has been uploaded to <br />CERS including all of the following: evacuation staging areas, emergency response equipment, <br />loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br />emergency shutoffs, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response <br />equipment. <br />Village West Marina has worked alongside the San Joaquin Environmental Health Department to <br />correct this repeat violation to ensure the correct map is on site. Village West Marina will <br />implement better business practices to ensure that there are no repeat violations during future <br />inspections.
