Business Owner/Operator Identification Page: <br /> 1. Side 2 - Complete/Correct #58 - training is required by law. <br /> Reference Title 19 California Code of Regulations, Cliapter 4 <br /> Article 4 Section 2732 Training and the 1998 UniformFire Code, <br /> Appendix 11-E, Hazardous Materials Management Plan Section 3 .2 . 8 <br /> Employee Training. <br /> .s <br /> A training program appropriate to the types and quantities of <br /> materials stored or used shall be conducted to prepare employees <br /> to safely handle hazardous materials on a daily basis; and during <br /> emergencies . The Training program shall include: <br /> 1 . Instruction in safe storage and handling of hazardous <br /> materials, including maintenance of monitoring records, <br /> 2 . Instruction in emergency procedures for leaks, spills, fires <br /> or explosions, including shutdown of operations and evacuation <br /> procedures, and <br /> 3 . Record-keeping procedures for documenting training given to <br /> employees. <br /> B. Facility Map: <br /> 1. Your facility map must show the following information: <br /> loading areas, internal roads, adjacent property use,':., access <br /> and egress roads, underground water systems or wells.:► parking <br /> lots, storm drains, sewer drains, flow of surface water, <br /> employee evacuation assembly area, facility entrances & exits, <br /> spill control equipment, emergency respirators, first:; aid <br /> supplies, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, eye wash stations, <br /> and shut off valves. <br /> C.
