The training program can not be stored at the facility. Please <br />check the option for the training program is located else where in the California Environmental Reporting System . <br />Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include safety <br />procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, <br />familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These training programs may take into <br />consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The hazardous material business plan was submitted after 1/15/2018 making it late. The <br />business plan was submitted on 1/18/2018. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of <br />each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the <br />CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 9/20/2018. Please add a loading area for the fuel truck, fill point locations for the fuel tanks, and <br />utility shut offs to the site map for the 2019 submittal. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
