CV006988, CV0089091 CV008917
our file number: 06691.1
Dear Mr. Irey:
Following our most recent meeting in your office, I
have had an opportunity to speak with my client, George
Ba$way, concerning the above referenced action, as well ae
your request for the CO2 Records associated with the three
Eddie ' s Pizzas-
Enclosed are the records from May of 1997 through
November of 1999 relative to my client ' s use of CO2 . MY
client has the actual invoices, but for convenience sake
has placed them on the enclosed "spreadsheet" . If you
require additional information or would like to verify the
information on the spreadsheet, please contact my office
and I will see to it that the invoices are copied.
As the spreadsheet sets forth, my client has used
under thirty (30) pounds of CO2 per week based on the
amounts ordered from Air Gas over the subject period of
time. I am informed that the pizza restaurants actually
use less because it was seldom that a tank would go empty
before it was taken Off line. Invoices also show that each
time the driver delivers a tank, he also takes an empty
tank of equal size (an example is enclosed for your
