I of the defendants and each of them,jointly and separately, as set out below, are in violation of the law
<br /> 2 and public policy of the State of California. Unless enjoined and restrained by an order of this court,
<br /> 3 the defendants will continue to retain the means to engage in unlawful action and practices and courses
<br /> 4 of conduct set out below.

<br /> 6 4. Whenever in this complaint reference is made to any act of defendants, such allegation shall
<br /> 7 be deemed to mean that defendants and its officers, agents, employees, or representatives, did or
<br /> 8 authorized acts while actively engaged in the management, direction, or control of the affairs of said
<br /> 9 defendant, and while acting within the course and scope of their duties.

<br /> 11 organization, is, and at all times relevant herein was, engaged in the business of a RESTAURANT,
<br /> 12 located at 1304 E. HAMMER LANE, SUITE#1, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95210.
<br /> 13 6. Defendant PROPRIETARY PIZZA CORPORATION dba EDDIE'S PIZZA CAFE, a
<br /> 14 business of unknown type of organization, is, and at all times relevant herein was, engaged in the
<br /> 15 business of a RESTAURANT, located at 1304 E. HAMMER LANE, SUITE 41, STOCKTON, j
<br /> 16 CALIFORNIA 95210.
<br /> 17 7. Defendant EDDIE'S PIZZA CAFE, a business of unknown type of organization, is, and at
<br /> 18 all times relevant herein was, engaged in the business of a RESTAURANT, located at 1304 E.
<br /> 19 HAMMER LANE, SUITE #1, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95210. '
