OFFl�E OF �a`rt'/ICE$ THE FOLLOWING INDNIDUALS/POSITIONS ARE ASSIGNED TO HELP CONTROL AUTHORIZED SPILL CONTROL STRATEGIES (13) This business has authorized the above personnel to perform the action(s)indicated below to control spills of hazardous materials on its property. Persons performing these tasks will possess written procedures for performing them and will have received training on the procedures and equipment needed prior to carrying them out. Locations of needed equipment are shown on the facility map.
