Critical Plant Operations Shut Down Or Control: In the event that the propane tank ignites and <br /> explodes,then all personnel will proceed to the safe evacuation areas. The person in charge will contact <br /> the fire department and let them know what has happened. If a person is injured,and/or burned from <br /> the explosion,then that person will require immediate medical attention.The person in charge will call <br /> 911 and inform them of what happened, and that a person is injured. <br /> Personnel Evacuation and Accounting:All personnel will evacuate to the safe areas until the resultant fi <br /> has been extinguished.The person in charge will account for all personnel. <br /> Emergency Response Training Requirements: None. <br /> Emergency Contacts: <br /> D E 1 9 2016 <br /> 1.
