Consequently, it is necessary for you or a representative of your <br /> company/organization to come into the office to receive assistance in completing the <br /> corrections required for the Business Plan to be accepted. <br /> Specifically, you must use the Primary Site Map and Sub Site Map forms available at <br /> the web site. Accordingly, the maps must show all of the information identified in the <br /> instructions which can be found at the web site under the link "Preparing and <br /> submitting facility maps". <br /> As a courtesy, an appointment to complete the necessary corrections has been <br /> scheduled for February 23, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. Please, call to confirm that you will be <br /> able to attend at the scheduled date and time or if you need to reschedule.
