Two 55 gallons barrels (110 gallons total) of Anti -Foam Emulsion/AF-0010 , 55 gallons barrel of Boost Sanitizer, 55 gallons barrel of Chemstation, 55 gallons of Lift Caustic Cleaner, and 55 gallons of Lubricant Oil (inside bottling Maint. shop were found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not updated to include all the current locations of all the chemicals stored on site. Refrigeration Building#1 did not include the location of the Refrigeration Oil , Trisodium Phosphate found on the filtration building, and the location of this chemical is not indicated on the site map.. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://oers.calepa.ra.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. Also, Add the new chemical locations for chemicals that will be added/corrected on the inventory. This is a minor violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Onsite to conduct a Hazardous Materials Business Plan Inspection. There were two violations during the inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 05/13/18. Notes: Discard one of the Acetylene entries in the HMBP inventory in CERS. Peracetic Acid 5% solution reported in pounds. Report the solution in gallons (330 gallons found on site) to CERS. The Plant Engineer manager position/name changed two weeks ago, verify the emergency action plan is updated to reflect the change within 30 days from the date of the change. AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE. THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
