Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable <br />quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to <br />the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />6 <br />HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br />A site map was not updated to include all the current locations of all the chemicals stored on site. Refrigeration <br />Building#1 did not include the location of the Refrigeration Oil , Trisodium Phosphate found on the filtration building, <br />and the location of this chemical is not indicated on the site map.. A site map shall contain a north orientation, <br />loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If <br />a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into <br />the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://oers.calepa.ra.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. Also, Add the new chemical locations for chemicals that will be <br />added/corrected on the inventory. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Onsite to conduct a Hazardous Materials Business Plan Inspection. There were two violations during the <br />inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br />statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br />supporting paperwork, by 05/13/18. <br />Notes: <br />Discard one of the Acetylene entries in the HMBP inventory in CERS. <br />Peracetic Acid 5% solution reported in pounds.
