A Hazardous Materials Business <br />Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a <br />hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for <br />materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and <br />pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br />enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 3 HSC 25507 Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br />A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25506(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for the Carbon Dioxide tank were not submitted. This information must be <br />current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br />Emergency response plans and procedures, chemical inventory, and site map shall be readily available to personnel <br />of the business or facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training.
