This number is manned by employees <br /> as well as 3E Company,the contractor used for emergency response, battery disposal,agency <br /> inspections, etc.... <br /> The Police Department is familiar with our facility and the type of business activities <br /> conducted onsite. The Fire Department conducts periodic life—safety and Uniform Fire Code <br /> inspections that focus on hazardous materials handling and usage. <br /> 3. The definition of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material includes <br /> incidents that pose an actual or potential hazard to human health and safety,property <br /> or the environment. In the event of a hazardous materials release or threatened <br /> release, state law requires immediate verbal notification to the agencies listed below. <br /> a. Local Fire Department <br /> b. County Environmental Health <br /> c. State Office of Emergency Services (OES) <br /> Provide phone numbers other than 9-1-1 for the following: <br /> Local Fire Department 9-1-1 <br /> Local Police Department 9-1-1 <br /> Nearest Hospital 209-468-6300 <br /> County Environmental Health(CUPA) 209-468-3969 <br /> State Office of Emergency Services (800) 852-7550 or(916) 845-8911 <br />
