Seq. on May 3, 2002. However, this does not eliminate the <br /> Application for Complaint that was submitted to the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office <br /> on March 4, 2002 regarding the Business Plans for your facilities. When an Application for <br /> Compliant has been forward to the District Attorney's Office for action, the Office of Emergency <br /> Services no longer has control over the process that they take to bring businesses back into <br /> compliance with this regulation.
