Ref. 0SfV1 5.15 <br />Exhibit 3 <br />C6/14/11 <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE KIT INVENTORY <br />Univar locations maintaining standardized E/R equipment developed for different levels of <br />operations: <br />E/R Kit A Designed for warehouse and packaged material locations. <br />This kit provides full PPE for two emergency responders. Utilizing this kit, the <br />responder would be able to tighten loose fittings, clamp down damaged <br />hoses, pump liquid from leaking container into another container, dig trench, <br />shovel dry product into salvage container, and provide first aid for 25 people. <br />E/R Kit B Designed for locations with bulk tank truck operations. <br />This kit provides full PPE for two emergency responders. Utilizing this kit, the <br />responder would be able tighten loose fittings/bungs, contain a leaking <br />material using an absorbent boom, pump liquid from a leaking container into <br />another container, tape damaged bags/boxes, and provide first aid for 25 <br />people. <br />E/R Kit C Designed for compressed gas stocking locations. <br />This kit provides full PPE for two emergency responders. Utilizing this kit the <br />responder would be able to tighten loose fittings, repair damaged valves. <br />E/R Kits are sealed in a ready state. Seals are to be removed only for use, training or <br />semi-annual re-inventory. <br />The standard inventories for the E/R Kits is attached.
