The revised plan must also be submitted to
,ne U.S. E.P.A or director of the state agency in charge of hazardous waste programs if the
facility has a RCRA Part B permit or interim status.
This Contingency Plan is designed to satisfy the requirements for such a plan as
mandated by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Superfund
Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) - Title III, and the Hazardous Waste
Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) provisions of the Occupational
Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and all local requirements. This plan
serves as the Emergency Action Plan as defined in 29 CFR 1910.38 and 1910.119.
