MAIN STREET <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95205 <br /> Subject: 1994 Hazardous Materials Management Plan - Delinquent Fees <br /> A bill for the Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) was mailed to your <br /> business. Your payment is now delinquent and a 10%D late fee has been assessed. The <br /> total amount now owing is $313.50. <br /> If a business is unable to pay the HMMP fee in one payment, they will be given the <br /> opportunity to make payments according to a set payment schedule.
