Enclosed below are the responses to the non-compliance issues and <br />the certified form of correction that is signed by. We look forward to working with your office in the future <br />to avoid such violations listed below as well as continuing to explore best industry practices. <br />Violation 5 — reporting 135 gallon of DEF — 28000 pounds of detergent —10000 gallons of bleach - <br />60 gallons of motor oil was corrected on site during inspection. <br />Violation 6 — the site map has been updated with the proper content- north orientation, loading <br />areas, internal road, adjacent streets, storm drains, sewer drains, access and exits points, <br />emergency shut offs, evacuation stages area, hazardous material handling and storage area, <br />emergency response equipment. Has been uploaded on CERS and will mail a copy with the letter <br />of correction. <br />Violation 9 — the annual submittal for business plan, chemical inventory, emergency response, <br />training program- was corrected on site during inspection. <br />Food4Less provides an on going education with department managers on how to comply with all <br />appropriate protocols and other industry regulations. The Store Director and Managers also provide on <br />going training to employees to better understand new laws and compliance issues while working within <br />these departments. Thank you again for helping to identify these above deficiencies.
