The HMMP packets were mailed to businesses via certified mail and a <br /> signed receipt from your business is on file at OES indicating your company's receipt of this <br /> package. <br /> Chapter 6.95, Sections 25503.5 to 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code requires <br /> businesses which handle hazardous materials in quantities equal to or greater than 55 gallons, <br /> 500 pounds, or 200 cubic feet of a hazardous material to submit a Hazardous Material <br /> Management Plan (HMMP)/Chemical Inventory to a local Administering Agency. The County <br /> Office of Emergency Services is the Administering Agency for San Joaquin County. <br /> Please submit your 1995 Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP)/Chemical Inventory <br /> forms to DES by February 10. 1995. If the forms are not received by OES by this date, we <br /> must refer your file to the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office for possible legal <br /> action. <br /> If you have already mailed your forms or if you have any questions or need assistance, please <br /> call us at (209) 468-3969.
