Businesses must also submit copies of these plans, along with an <br /> annual inventory, to public safety agencies for their use in protecting responders and the public. <br /> The inventory Information is also made available to the public under right-to-know provisions of the <br /> law. <br /> Businesses operating in San Joaquin County must disclose to our office whether they are using <br /> hazardous materials in their operations. The attached survey form will allow you to meet this <br /> requirement. Please complete and return this form after reading the information on its reverse side. <br /> Your response is required by State law.
