I RESTAURANT activities in the County of San Joaquin and elsewhere in the State of California. <br /> 2 3. Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as <br /> 3 they are doing business in the St a e of California, in the course of defendant's RESTAURANT <br /> 4 activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25516 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br /> 5 a) Violation of§§ 25503.5 and 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code by failing to <br /> 6 file timely and comprehensive Hazardous Materials Management Plans with the County Office of <br /> 7 Emergency Services for the busii ess located at 5033 S. HWY. 99, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA. <br /> 8 4. Defendants with a teal or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as <br /> 9 they are doing business in the State of California, in the course of defendant's RESTAURANT <br /> 10 activities, are pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204 hereby permanently enjoined <br /> 11 from: <br /> 12 a) Violation of§§ 25503 5 and 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code by failing to <br /> 13 file timely and comprehensive H, ardous Materials Management Plans with the County Office of <br /> 14 Emergency Services for the business located at 5033 S. HWY. 99, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA. <br /> 15 5. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00), <br /> 16 for cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. Said <br /> 17 payments shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY <br /> 18 SERVICES and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br /> 19 Prosecutions Unit, prior to the filing of this Final Judgment. <br /> 20 6. Defendants shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR HUNDRED <br /> 21 DOLLARS ($400.00), for costo Finvestigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office <br /> 22 of the District Attorney. Said p ent shall be due and payable to and delivered to the San Joaquin <br /> 23 County Office of the District Atorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, prior to filing of this Final <br /> 24 Judgment. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 2. <br />
