BUT SAFETY BLGiNS wi' l YOU! <br /> You are responsible to work in a safe manner and immediately report any hazards to your <br /> supervisor. Failure to fullow safe work procedures, or violation of safety rules will result <br /> in disciplinary action. <br /> The following list of safely rules is not a complete list. Your supervisor will provide you <br /> with additional training and information as necessary. <br /> 1. Report all accidents to your immediately supervisor. <br /> 2. Itepur l all unsafe or broken tools to your supervisor. <br /> 3. A major portion of the accidents that occur are caused by a <br /> "thoughtless act". Don't lake chances. It isn't worth it. <br /> 4. Observe all warning signs, safely bulletins, and posters. <br /> 5. Avoid all horseplay and never distract another worker. <br /> 6. Use prolective clothing and equipment. Goggles, safely glasses, <br /> gunrds, and other prolective equipment are furnished by Farnungton <br /> Fresh. It is mandatory that you use them when required. <br /> 7. It is the responsibility of each employee to immediately report any <br /> safely hazard to their supervisor. <br /> 8. All work breaks should be taken in marked and authorized rest areas. <br /> Never use equipment such as forklills or bins as a resting area. <br /> 9. When lilling use the large muscles of the legs instead of the smaller <br /> muscles of the back. Do not try to IiR too utuch. If necessary, ask <br /> for help. <br /> 10. Do not undertake ajob that appears to be uosafe. <br />
