San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department <br />1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br />Telephone: (209) 468-3420 Fax: (209) 468-3433 Web: www.sicov.orc/ehd <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />FARMINGTON FRESH SALES LLC <br />Facility Address: <br />7735 S HWY 99 RD, STOCKTON <br />Date: <br />October 24, 2016 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS 11, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />5 <br />HSC 25506(a) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />110 gallons of water soluble calcium, 1155 gallons of used oil, 55 gallons of acidex duo, 110 gallons of dual spectrum, <br />55 gallons of high shine wax, 200 gallons of quat sanitizerll,55 gallons of acid cleaner, 55 gallons of jet shine were <br />found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be <br />reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br />at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Areas of concern: leaking 5 gallon bucket of oil in bone yard area, discoloration in dirt at culls area, full containers <br />in the empty storage containers storage area, a rainbow looking film coming off the water on the back of the trailer <br />wash area, and the paint cans in the wood bin in the back of the bone yard. Please let me know when you have <br />addressed theses issues or the steps being taken to correct these issues. Complete and submit a copy of the <br />Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have <br />been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 11 /23/2016. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
