Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be <br />reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br />at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Areas of concern: leaking 5 gallon bucket of oil in bone yard area, discoloration in dirt at culls area, full containers <br />in the empty storage containers storage area, a rainbow looking film coming off the water on the back of the trailer <br />wash area, and the paint cans in the wood bin in the back of the bone yard. Please let me know when you have <br />addressed theses issues or the steps being taken to correct these issues. Complete and submit a copy of the <br />Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have <br />been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 11 /23/2016. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
