Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity <br /> shall be reported in the facility ' s business plan . Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> ( CERS) at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/ , add the materials to the hazardous material inventory , and submit to the EHD <br /> for approval . <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Lead Acid Batteries was not complete . The amount of quantity of <br /> electrolyte must be shown in gallons vs pounds . This information must be current and submitted as part of the <br /> business plan . Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS) at <br /> http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/ , enter the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> This is a minor violation . <br /> 6 HSC 25505 ( a ) (2 ) Failed to complete and /or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The map did not show : loading areas , internal roads , some hazardous materials storage areas ( battery, coolant , <br /> diesel exhaust fluid , and new oil ) , and much information on the map is not legible . A site map shall contain a north <br /> orientation , loading areas , internal roads , adjacent streets , storm and sewer drains , access and exit points , <br /> emergency shutoffs , evacuation staging areas , hazardous material handling and storage areas , and emergency <br /> response equipment . If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as <br /> " NA" . Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS) at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/ , <br /> upload the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> This is a minor violation . <br /> Overall Inspection Comments : <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection . The report was amended by <br /> the EHD on September 6 , 2018 . This amended report replaces the initial report . Complete and submit a copy <br /> of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions <br /> that have been or will be taken for each violation , and any supporting paperwork , within 30 days of receiving the <br /> completed inspection report . <br /> Violation 5 amended to add the reporting of the lead acid batteries ( electrolyte ) in pounds vs . gallons . <br /> Starting September 1 , 2018 , all in - office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ( $ 152 ) .
