Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />August 13, 2018 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 5202 PACIFIC AVE, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> RED ROBIN #188 STOCKTON <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br />During the inspection, it was found that the primary emergency contact is no longer with the company and the <br />business owner operator page has not been updated. <br /> Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically updatethe information submitted to the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> - A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> - Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> - A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />No current proof of training available foe inspection. <br /> The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual <br />refresher training. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for <br />a minimum of three years. Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of <br />the training records to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br />Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br />response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br />this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br />for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br />plan readily available for review. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />The chemical inventory page for carbon dioxide needs to have the units changed to pounds. The page currently <br />reads 450 gallons of carbon dioxide. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 9/12/2018. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
