ike I said,we paid the bill of$321 and I suspect the extra$321/year can
e found in the moneys we send to AWP already for Stockton utilities.
Please let us know if you think we need to do something else here,
otherwise I'll assume this is in your court.
Thanks,
Jim
(message from)
Jim Linney
Program Manager-Terminal Surveillance (ASR-11)
ATO-T Surveillance(ATB-440)
Federal Aviation Administration
800 Independence Ave, S.W., FOB-10B Room 4-H-66
Washington, DC 20591
(202) 385-8712
(202) 493-4886 Fax
Jim.Linney@faa.gov
-----------------FOR OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT USE ONLY------------------
I-------------------------------------->
I I Jim Linney I
I I I
1 05/14/2004 03:24 1
1 1 PM I
I I
I-------------------------------------->
------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------I
I
I To: Lisa Acevedo/AWP/FAA@FAA I
I cc: Bill Do/AWP/FAA@FAA, Denise Jennings/AWP/FAA@FAA, Denise KnighVAWP/FAA@FAA, Elizabeth CTR I
1 Demcsak/AWA/CNTR/FAA@FAA,Greg Bachman/AWP/FAA@FAA,Jerry Duhonich/AWP/FAA@FAA,Jim CTR Hammill/AWA/
CNTR/FAA@FAA, I
I Nelson Barber/AWA/FAA@FAA 1
I Subject:Re: Permit fee for SCK ASR-11(Document link:Elizabeth CTR Demcsak(Archive)) 1
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1
We've got more information.
The bill has been taken care of and they have changed the title on the
Account to FAA. The$321 is annual,so Jim H let's add that to the AWP SCK
PA fund WBS spendplan. We'll add that to the amount paid for the SCK
Electric bill.
SJC, however, requires that the end-state owner take over the Hazmat
Management Plan. To do that, they need new names and POCs on the account.
Apparently it can all be done on-line. I'm asking, if AWP can have
•whomever normally does these for AWP sites fill-in the prerequisite
information on the account for it's end-state? We could fill it in here,
