Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as it is doing <br />business in the State of California, in the course of defendant's RESTAURANT activities, is pursuant to <br />Business and Professions Code §17203 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br />above. <br />a. Violation of Chapter 6.95 of the Health and Safety Code described in paragraph 3 - 3e <br />5. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00), as and for <br />civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code §§17200 et seq. Said payments shall be made <br />payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County <br />Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at time of signing. <br />6. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00), as and for <br />civil penalties, pursuant to Health & Safety Code §§25514 and 25515.2. Said payment shall be due and <br />payable to the following in accordance with Health and Safety Code §§25514 and 25515.2: <br />San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney $250.00 <br />San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services $250.00 <br />Said payments shall be delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br />Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at time of signing. <br />7. Defendant shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400.00), for partial <br />cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. Said payments <br />shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES and <br />delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at <br />time of signing. <br />8. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00), <br />for partial cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. <br />Said payment shall be due and payable to and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br />Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at time of signing. <br />7 <br />
