In order for <br />your business to be considered in compliance with the law, the corrective actions noted on the <br />next page need to be completed by the due date shown. <br />If you submitted your HMMP and inventory electronically, please resubmit all three template <br />files, HMMP97.FP3, CHEM97.FP3, and STAFF97.FP3, with needed corrections by disk, <br />First Class E -Mail, or Internet (XSJOES2@PacBell.Net).
