CONSOLIDATED CONTINGENCY PLAN <br />Union Pacific Railroad – Intermodal Facility 2 <br /> <br />The Consolidated Contingency Plan shall be immediately implemented whenever there is a fire, <br />explosion, or release of hazardous material or waste that has the potential to threaten human health <br />and/or the environment.
