I am trying to meet with the compliance that you are requesting. When I submitted the information on May 22, 2007 and did not hear back from anyone that the information was incorrect, I assumed that everything was ok. After receiving the letter in the mail asking us to update the Certification Statement I really did think that everything was ok. I understand the procedures that your company takes when a business is not in compliance, and even though I do not think that is the correct way to handle it. It is not my job to try and change the procedures it is to follow the instructions that are given. During the last month and a half things have been difficult for us as David was diagnosed with Leukemia and spent 5 and 11z weeks in the hospital and is just starting the next set of treatment that he needs. While I was talking to you, everything that has been building up since this time came out on you. I apologize for this. It was unprofessional of me to act in this matter, and again I apologize.
