This program is mandated by Chapter 6.95, Division 20, Section 25500 et <br /> seq. of the California Health and Safety Code. This law establishes spill and inventory reporting <br /> requirements as well as a requirement for businesses handling hazardous materials to have an <br /> emergency plan. Compliance with this program also meets the requirements of Title III, Sections <br /> 311 and 312,of the Federal Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act(SARA). <br /> Enclosed are the following documents: <br /> 1. Hazardous Materials Management Plan and Inventory Submission Packet <br /> 2. Hazardous Materials Management Plan and Inventory Instruction Packet <br /> If any of the above documents is missing,or you are interested in using an electronic version of <br /> the forms,please contact our office at the number provided below. <br /> You are required to retain a current and accurate copy of your Hazardous Materials Management <br /> Plan at your facility. These documents must be readily available and accessible to employees. <br /> Authorities may request to see your copies during inspections. If you have any questions <br /> concerning these requirements or completion of the required forms, please contact our office at <br /> (209) 468-3969. Your HMMP is due **see below .
