Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update <br /> the information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 1010 Hazardous Materials Business Plan was not available for inspection. There was no hard copy of the HMBP and the <br /> Manager was not able to provide an electronic copy. Emergency response plans and procedures, chemical inventory, <br /> and site map shall be readily available to personnel of the business or facility with responsibilities for emergency <br /> response or training. Immediately make all this content available on site, either electronically or in hard copy format. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 12/4/2015 <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
