TRACY July 13, 2015 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item # Remarks <br /> HSC 25506(a) Failed to complete andtor submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Waste Fuel Filter Liquid were not complete. 10 Gallons of Waste Fuel <br /> Filters liquid was listed on inventory,2- 55 gallon drums of Waste Fuel Filter liquid(110 gallons) were found on site at <br /> the time of inspection. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log <br /> into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.1(0 Failed to submit revisions to HMBP within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> During the inspection, it was found that the business has been operating as Texico since February of 2015, and a <br /> revised business plan has not been submitted. Whenever a substantial change in the handler's operations occurs <br /> that requires a modification of its business plan, the handler shall submit a copy of the business plan revisions to the <br /> EHD within 30 days of the change. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwor <br /> by August 14th, 2015. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
