Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory_ and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. The map(s)did not show loading areas_ internal roads, access and exit points,emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, paint storage areas, and emergency response equipment. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov), upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release. The emergency response procedures were lacking. Section E. E3 has not been completed; Section G. Emergency Equipment locations have not been identified; Section H. H1, H2, H6(box 3, 4, and 5), H9, H10, and H11 have not been completed: Section J. has not been completed. A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) -Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment -Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation. 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)annually. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http//cers calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a Class II violation.
