The emergency <br />response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br />this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br />for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br />plan readily available for review. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was previously provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection . Subsequently, the <br />report was amended by the EHD (see violation 4). This amended report replaces the initial report. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
