Any material that meets or exceeds <br />the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material <br />inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 09/24/2017. <br />Notes: <br />Jesse Lewis is listed as the secondary emergency contact in CERS. Jesse Lewis stopped working for this <br />business on Aug 11, 2017. Update CERS to reflect the correct information within 30 days of the the change. <br />The locations of the many chemicals do not correspond to the locations listed in CERS chemical inventory form, <br />update chemical location CERS to reflect the correct information within 30 days of the changes. <br />Facility switched from GE to ChemTreat for chemicals that are used for the cooling tower water treatment on <br />August 9, 2017.
