Please make a submit the training program for 2018. <br />Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, shall include safety <br />procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, <br />familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. These training programs may take into <br />consideration of each employee. Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The facility section was submitted after 1/15/2018 on 7/6/2018 making the submital late. <br />The last submital for the inventory and plans section was last submitted on 10/17/2014. Please submit the plans and <br />inventory section for 2018. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br />beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />Employee training records were unavailable for review at time of inspection. The business plan shall include <br />provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be <br />documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately <br />provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br />Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br />response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br />this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br />for emergency response or training pursuant to this section.
