The hazardous material business plan was last submitted for 5/3/2017. Please make a <br />submittal for 2018. <br />The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br />beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />11 <br />HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />Employee training records were not available for review at time of inspection. Please email me a copy of the <br />employee training records. This is a repeat violation. <br />The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual <br />refresher training. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for <br />a minimum of three years. Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of <br />the training records to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended by <br />the EHD. The amended report replaces the initial report.
