The hazardous materials inventory shall be <br />submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to <br />the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />Documentation of initial and/or refresher training lacking (but training was provided based on interview). The <br />business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher <br />training. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum <br />of three years. Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training <br />records to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br />"Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br />response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br />this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br />for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br />plan readily available for review. <br />" <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />CERS ID 10384803 <br />Submit to the EHD corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 8/7/2017 . <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
