The CO2 tank must not be blocked so <br /> that emergency responders can have an easy access in case of incidents. Al the employees shall be trained on the <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan. Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher <br /> courses, shall include safety procedures for the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material, <br /> including, but not limited to,familiarity with the facility's emergency response plans and procedures. This training <br /> shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. <br /> Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 04/03/2016. <br /> The CO2 tank Storage area is used to store the soda drinks and there is limited access to the CO2 tank. I was <br /> granted to take photo only after the vice president, Steve Clausen told his worker to clear up the storage area, <br /> where the CO2 tank is stored. <br /> AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS <br /> FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> Received by: Date: March 04, 2016 Inspector: Inspector Phone: <br /> Printed Name and Title: HAZA SAEED, HM Specialist II (209)953-6212 <br /> monique rivera, ast.manager <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
