A statement <br />documenting the corrective actions is included below. <br />STATEMENT OF CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report Item #6 <br />The site map was updated to address the deficiencies noted in the inspection report and <br />uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Also uploaded <br />were an area map of the surrounding land, a facility map showing the terminal and <br />neighboring area, and an evacuation map showing the primary and secondary <br />evacuation points. <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report Item #7 <br />The Consolidated Emergency Response -Contingency Plan form was updated to correct <br />the Local Unified Program Agency telephone number, as well as to use the latest <br />version of the form (version dated March 7, 2017). The updated form was uploaded to <br />CERS. <br />Copies of the maps and the emergency response plan form are included in this <br />submittal. <br />
