The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br />addressed for UNITED FACILITIES as of October20, 2017. <br />Open violations from July 17, 2017 inspection <br />Violation #5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br />site. <br />220 gallons waste oil, 55 gallons waste antifreeze, 55 gallons motor oil were found on site that have not been <br />reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the <br />materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
