As you and I discussed yesterday during our telephone <br /> conversation, Foster Farms does not own the Navy Court facility. Although it is true that on <br /> October 6,2001 Zacky Farms sold certain of its poultry assets, Foster Farms did not purchase or <br /> otherwise obtain control 6veC the facility at 1111 Navy Court in Stockton during that transaction <br /> We request that the OES Modify its records to reflect that Foster Farms is therefore not required <br /> to modify the HMMP for the subject facility. <br /> Thank you for your help with the requested correction.
