Hazelton Ave Stockton, CA 95205 Dear Mr. Saeed, Thank you for your visit to our location on June 21, 2017. During your visit, you brought an item to our attention We have noted the issue below with our plan to address them. Concern or Alleged Violation: • Failed to complete and/orsubmit hazardous materials inventoryfor all reportable materials on site 4,400 gallons of Purac Form SD4 was found on site that has not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facilities business plan. Response: Contacted 3E to have 4,400 gallons plus another 6,600 gallons of Purac Form S134 added to the HMBP for a total of 11,000 gallons. This change has been made and is reflected on the updated HMBP dated 6/22/17. We added another 6,600 gallons of Purac Form SD4 because we can have 2 full loads on hand on any given day. • Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. Site mop does not indicate the location of the Purac SD4. Response: Contacted 3E to have Purac Form SD4 added to the site map. This change has been made and is reflected on the updated HMBP dated 6/22/17. Please let me know if there is anything we may have overlooked, or if you would like any additional information. We would like to be sure we have addressed all of your concerns.
