Drainage Pathways and Distance to Navigable Waters (perennial or <br /> This section should describe the facility's proximity to bays, rivers, streams, (pe <br /> intermittent), creeks, ditches, flood control channels, storm drains and other waterways. <br /> Hydrological systems should be diagrammed or described. <br /> The Facility is located approximately 6,800 feet east of the San Joaquin River, a <br /> navigable water of the state. Water in the river flows to the southwest and west as part <br /> of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and ultimately discharges into San Francisco Bay <br /> and the Pacific Ocean. Interstate 5 is located between the Facility and the San Joaquin <br /> River and any potential releases at the facility would not drain to this water body. <br /> Stormwater generated on-site flows with gently sloped grading toward curb cut spillways <br /> leading to three separate storm water retention ponds (Figure 2). Drain inlets are <br /> located at the low points of Retention Ponds 1 and 2. Valves at the existing drain inlets <br /> are closed, but can be opened to allow stormwater to flow to the City of Lathrop <br /> Stormwater Drainage System.
